Highland's mobile feeder / breaker's are designed to operate under extreme conditions. our frames are fabricated from high grade heavy steel by experienced fabricators. Our pick breakers are custom machined from high strength steel to meet your needs. When the VFD controller detects heavy resistance on the pick breaker it will slow down the conveyor allowing the breaker to crush the material to avoid a jam removing strain on the conveyor and breaker components. Equipped with planetary driven crawlers designed by Highland to give better performance and less maintenance. With up to 1,200 TPH production capacity and adjustable conveyor speed controls our feeders deliver reliable performance for increased production.
